"I don’t know if I ever spoke with Antoinette. Her office collects payment by way of senseless reminder texts. I couldn’t get help when I called to change my policy, and also combine life and home insurance because they don’t return call. If you’re lucky enough to talk to someone that answered than you’re in luck for a dose of condescending good for nothing unprofessionals. I changed agents today and already feel better about my ordeal. I’m actually cancelling my current policy to make sure she does not get any residual benefits."

"Would not recommend this state farm. The first three visit was okay. But I can't deal with the lazy customer service. Two times I turn in my living expense and they continue to miss it up. Antonette comes off as if she to good to do anything extra. I would recommend using a different office. I be in this office Monday once again to fix another mistake. Highly disappointed."
